The tab graveyard
You have ChatGPT, Gemini, maybe Claude. Forty untitled chats. One good prompt you cannot find. No owner, no SOP, no second brain for the next person who joins. Tools without a system are just a slower way to freelance.
Done-for-you · boutique SMBs
AI operations, installed — not another course. For agencies, consultants, accountants, coaches, and recruiters who are tired of being the intern in their own practice. We audit the bottleneck, wire three working workflows on free-tier tools you already have, train the human who will run them, and stay until they are live.
01 — Problem
Inbox triage. Proposal first drafts. Follow-up sequences. Client updates. Invoice chases. Research dumps. Screen notes. The work that keeps the lights on is the work that keeps you from the work that pays.

The VA without a playbook
Hiring help sounds cheaper than figuring this out. Then you spend the week writing the playbook you never had. Delegating chaos is still chaos — and now it has a payroll line.
Hours you cannot invoice
Every week this stays uninstalled, you pay in calendar you will never bill. Boutique operators do not have a transformation office. You have Thursday night and a guilty Sunday.
The market is loud about “AI strategy.” You do not need a strategy deck. You need three paths from a trigger to a usable draft that a human on your team will actually run on Tuesday.
02 — Solution
SunkaraOps is not a community, a cohort, or a prompt pack in your downloads folder. It is a one-week install inside the stack you already pay for — Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Notion, and the free tiers of the models you already opened.
A named trigger, a prompt path, a short SOP, a human owner, and one successful run on a real or agreed sample. When those four exist, we call it live. Until then, we are not done — even if the calendar said day seven.
You pick three. The menu is a starting point, not a cage — if your time-drain is weirder, we design for that.
Boutique shops do not need another $200/month seat to feel modern. We wire what you already have. If a paid tool is clearly the right move, we will say so — you decide, you subscribe. The sprint fee never includes us putting software on our card.
| Path | What you get | What you still own |
|---|---|---|
| DIY prompts | Chats, no SOP | The whole mess |
| VA first | Hands, no system | Writing the playbook |
| SunkaraOps | 3 live workflows | Review, not invention |
03 — Offer
One fee. One week. Three workflows. The artifacts stay in your Google Drive. If we promised it and it is not live, the clock on our labor does not stop.
01
A written read of where time actually goes. We score candidate workflows for leverage, risk, and whether a free-tier path can carry them. You leave with the map, not a 40-page theater piece.
02
Google Docs you can edit. Each workflow has the prompt path, the inputs, the review checklist, and the “do not send if…” rules so a junior cannot embarrass the practice.
03
Accounts, folders, naming, and the minimum clicks to run the path without us on the call. No mystery Zap billed to our card. If a paid upgrade is justified, you hear it as advice, not an upsell trap.
04
A live session for the owner of each workflow, plus a recording they can replay when the next hire starts. We train the human, not the slide.
05
After handoff, two weeks of ordinary-hours support: a prompt that drifted, a teammate who is stuck, a tool that moved a button. Not a retainer. A landing pad.
06
If a promised workflow is not live, we keep working on it at no extra professional fee until it is — or until you tell us to stop. Guarantee of labor, not of revenue.
04 — Example workflows
Concrete paths clients can picture. You pick three that match your time-drain; the menu is a starting point.

04b — What you receive
These are sample outlines of the kinds of docs that land in your Drive. Titles are illustrative; yours will be tailored to the three workflows we install.
Sample · SOP outlines
Each SOP: trigger → inputs → steps → review → ship.
Sample · Prompt library
Editable Google Docs — not a PDF locked in someone else’s Notion.
Sample · Audit + handoff
Artifacts stay in your accounts. We keep the SunkaraOps methods.

Founder
Dineshgopi Sunkara is an Automation & Controls Engineer with an MS in Computer Science. He has experience with PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems. He founded SunkaraOps to build practical AI operations systems — installed in the tools a boutique practice already uses, not another course or strategy deck.
05 — Pricing
Intro offer
₹24,999
or US $299 · one currency per purchase
Due before kickoff. One-time. Not a subscription. Extra workflows are a new quote.
Primary path is the form — we confirm fit and start date. A Stripe Payment Link will replace the placeholder when it is live. See Terms for scope, guarantee, and liability.
06 — FAQ
A single, named path from a trigger to a usable draft or action, with prompts, an SOP, and an owner. “All of our client comms” is not one workflow. “Weekly update from the job tracker” is. We will split or merge during the audit so the three you buy are actually finishable in a week.
Default stack: Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), Notion if you already live there, and the free or already-paid tiers of ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude. We work in your accounts. We do not force a new SaaS bill to make the sprint feel sophisticated.
Often yes, if the workflow can run with Word, Outlook, and a model tab. Tell us the stack in the form. If the fit is poor, we will say no rather than force a Google conversion in seven days.
Live means: SOP delivered, prompts running on your side, a named person trained, and one real or agreed sample run. If that is missing on a promised workflow, we keep working on it at no extra professional fee until it is live or you stop us. It is not a refund machine and it is not a promise of hours saved or revenue. Delays you cause (no access, no reviews) pause the clock. Full language is in the Terms.
For boutique operators: agencies, consultants, accountants, coaches, recruiters, and similar practices where the founder still touches delivery. Not for enterprise procurement, regulated processing of special-category data at scale, or teams that want custom software. If you need a 40-hour integration or a model trained on your corpus, this is the wrong product.
Yes. Always. We install a draft path, not an unsupervised sender. You remain responsible for what reaches a client, a regulator, or a candidate. The SOPs say so in writing.
After the form (or a Stripe payment plus a short fit note), we send intake and pick a kickoff. We need one decision-maker and, for training day, the person who will actually run each workflow. Founders who disappear until Friday night are how 7-day sprints become 17-day sprints.
You get a license to the customized audit, prompts, SOPs, and recordings. We keep the SunkaraOps methods, generic templates, and brand. You may not resell the system as a competing done-for-you ops product. Details: the Copyright notice.
Prefer screenshare over standing passwords. If you grant access, we use least privilege and drop it after support unless you ask us to stay as a runbook holder. Do not put credentials in the public form.
Yes, as a separate quote. The intro price is for three. We do not silently expand scope to keep the guarantee interesting.
07 — Start
No slide deck in return. If it is a fit, you get a start date and an intake. If it is not, you get a clean no — and you will not be dripped for a quarter.
