1. Copyright
Copyright © 2026 Dineshgopi Sunkara / SunkaraOps. All rights reserved.
The SunkaraOps website (copy, layout, HTML/CSS, graphics), the S-circuit logo and wordmark, sales and legal templates, and other original materials published under this brand are protected by copyright. Copyright arises automatically on creation of an original work. This page is a public notice. It is not a government copyright registration and does not by itself create extra statutory remedies that a registration office would record.
You may link to this site. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or train a public model on substantial site copy in a way that substitutes for these pages without written permission. Client licenses for customized sprint deliverables are described in the Copyright notice and Terms.
2. Name, logo, and trademark notice
SunkaraOps™ is used as a trademark / trade name for this AI-operations service. The “™” symbol means a trademark claim in use. It does not mean the mark is registered.
Do not write SunkaraOps®. No trademark registration has been granted. The ® symbol may be used only after a registration certificate issues from a trademark office (for India, the Trade Marks Registry / IP India). Using ® without registration is not authorized here.
Without prior written permission you may not:
- Use the SunkaraOps name, SunkaraOps™ word mark, or S-circuit logo in a domain, social handle, paid ad, or product name in a way that is likely to confuse people about source or endorsement.
- Reproduce the logo (including the circuit “S” device and the SunkaraOps wordmark lockup) on merchandise, a competing site, or pitch materials as if it were yours.
- Register a company, app, or handle that is a close misspelling of SunkaraOps for a similar service.
- Remove or alter trademark or copyright notices from our materials.
Factual references are allowed: you may say you purchased a sprint from SunkaraOps, and you may link to this site. You may not imply an ongoing partnership or certification after the engagement ends, except as a factual past-vendor credit.
3. Patent notice
No patent is currently granted or filed for SunkaraOps, the 7-day install method, or any workflow described on this site. This page does not claim “patent pending,” a granted patent, or that the offer is a patented invention.
Patent protection, if it is ever appropriate, requires a novel technical invention — not a business method slogan or a service brand by itself. It also requires professional prior-art searching and claims drafting. An idea, a landing-page offer, or a consulting process is not automatically patentable. Do not treat this notice as a patent filing, a priority date, or legal advice that a patent is available.
4. What you may do
- Visit the site, submit the lead form, and buy the sprint under the Terms.
- Quote a short excerpt with attribution and a link for commentary or review.
- Use customized deliverables you paid for, as licensed in the Copyright notice (internal operations; not resale of the SunkaraOps system).
